I never heard of having a need for another female in the house, cause like not only for most Polish men predatory behaviour would be way against their honour, but also women here are really independent and can easily take care of themselves. The only places that are unsafe to the point of having a need for another female/male around is when you go to more dangerous parts of the city and/or the clubs so someone can keep you safe when you are drinking. I'm from Poland and mentality of men and women is different.
